Hookah PlaceRegulile programului de loialitate

Prezentele Reguli descriu condițiile de participare la programul de loialitate al localului Hookah Place („Programul”). Prin înregistrarea în aplicația mobilă Hookah Place („Aplicația”), acceptați aceste Reguli.
1. Participarea
- Participarea la Program este voluntară și gratuită.
- Pentru a deveni participant, înregistrați-vă în Aplicație cu numărul de telefon și confirmați-l cu codul primit prin SMS.
- Pentru un număr de telefon se creează un singur cont. Contul este personal și nu poate fi transmis altor persoane.
- Participantul răspunde de corectitudinea datelor indicate în profil.
2. Acumularea punctelor
- Pentru fiecare notă de plată achitată participantul primește puncte — cashback. Mărimea cashback-ului depinde de nivelul participantului și se calculează ca procent din suma notei.
- Pentru a primi puncte, arătați angajatului localului codul QR sau cardul din Aplicație înainte de achitarea notei.
- Punctele se acordă după achitare. Pentru o notă deja închisă punctele nu se acordă retroactiv.
- Pentru partea din notă achitată cu puncte nu se acordă cashback.
3. Niveluri
Nivelul se stabilește după suma totală a cumpărăturilor participantului pe toată durata participării la Program. Nivelul atins nu se reduce.

Privilegiile suplimentare ale nivelurilor sunt afișate în Aplicație, în secțiunea „Program de loialitate”.
4. Utilizarea punctelor
- 1 punct = 1 leu la achitarea notei.
- Cu puncte se poate achita până la 100% din suma notei.
- Pentru a folosi punctele, anunțați angajatul localului înainte de achitare și arătați codul QR sau cardul din Aplicație.
- Punctele nu se schimbă în bani, nu se eliberează în numerar și nu se transmit altor participanți.
5. Valabilitatea punctelor
Punctele acumulate nu expiră și se păstrează cât timp participantul rămâne în Program.
6. Cadou de ziua de naștere
Participantului care a indicat în profil data nașterii i se acordă 300 de puncte în ziua de naștere.
7. Promoții
Localul poate organiza promoții separate pentru participanți. Condițiile și termenele acestora sunt comunicate în Aplicație.
8. Restricții
Acumularea și utilizarea punctelor, precum și promoțiile, nu se aplică produselor și serviciilor pentru care legea interzice reducerile și acțiunile de stimulare.
9. Notificări
- Notificările despre punctele acumulate și schimbarea nivelului fac parte din funcționarea Programului.
- Notificările despre promoții și noutăți le primesc doar cei care le-au activat în Aplicație. Le puteți dezactiva oricând: „Profil → Notificări”.
10. Date cu caracter personal
Modul de prelucrare a datelor cu caracter personal ale participanților este descris în Politica de confidențialitate.
11. Ieșirea din Program
- Puteți ieși din Program oricând, ștergând contul: în Aplicație („Profil → Datele mele → Ștergeți contul”) sau pe pagina de ștergere a contului.
- Contul se șterge imediat. Punctele acumulate și nivelul se anulează și nu se restabilesc, inclusiv la o nouă înregistrare.
- Participarea încetează automat dacă participantul nu a folosit Programul timp de 3 ani: nu a deschis Aplicația și nu a făcut comenzi cu acumulare sau utilizare de puncte. Cu 30 de zile înainte, în Aplicație sosește o notificare. Contul se șterge, iar punctele și nivelul se anulează în aceleași condiții.
12. Încălcări
În caz de abuz — folosirea contului altei persoane, încercări de a obține puncte prin înșelăciune, încălcarea acestor Reguli — localul are dreptul să suspende participarea la Program și să anuleze punctele acordate cu încălcări.
13. Modificarea Regulilor
Localul poate modifica Regulile. Versiunea actuală este publicată întotdeauna pe această pagină, cu data intrării în vigoare. Despre modificările esențiale participanții sunt anunțați în Aplicație.

Regulile sunt redactate în limbile română, rusă și engleză; vă puteți înregistra în Program în oricare dintre ele. În caz de neconcordanțe între versiuni, prevalează versiunea în limba română.

Настоящие Правила описывают условия участия в программе лояльности заведения Hookah Place («Программа»). Регистрируясь в мобильном приложении Hookah Place («Приложение»), вы принимаете эти Правила.
1. Участие
- Участие в Программе добровольное и бесплатное.
- Чтобы стать участником, зарегистрируйтесь в Приложении по номеру телефона и подтвердите его кодом из SMS.
- На один номер телефона оформляется один аккаунт. Аккаунт личный, передавать его другим лицам нельзя.
- Участник отвечает за достоверность данных, которые указывает в профиле.
2. Начисление баллов
- За оплаченный чек участнику начисляются баллы — кэшбэк. Размер кэшбэка зависит от уровня участника и считается в процентах от суммы чека.
- Чтобы получить баллы, покажите QR-код или карту из Приложения сотруднику заведения до оплаты чека.
- Баллы начисляются после оплаты. Задним числом, по уже закрытому чеку, баллы не начисляются.
- На часть чека, оплаченную баллами, кэшбэк не начисляется.
3. Уровни
Уровень определяется общей суммой покупок участника за всё время участия в Программе. Достигнутый уровень не понижается.

4. Использование баллов
- 1 балл = 1 лей при оплате чека.
- Баллами можно оплатить до 100% суммы чека.
- Чтобы списать баллы, сообщите об этом сотруднику заведения до оплаты и покажите QR-код или карту из Приложения.
- Баллы не обмениваются на деньги, не выдаются наличными и не передаются другим участникам.
5. Срок действия баллов
Начисленные баллы не сгорают и хранятся, пока участник остаётся в Программе.
6. Подарок ко дню рождения
Участнику, указавшему в профиле дату рождения, в день рождения начисляется 300 баллов.
7. Акции
Заведение может проводить отдельные акции для участников. Их условия и сроки сообщаются в Приложении.
8. Ограничения
Начисление и списание баллов, а также акции не распространяются на товары и услуги, в отношении которых закон запрещает скидки и стимулирующие мероприятия.
9. Уведомления
- Уведомления о начислении баллов и изменении уровня — часть работы Программы.
- Уведомления об акциях и новостях приходят только тем, кто включил их в Приложении. Отключить их можно в любой момент: «Профиль → Уведомления».
10. Персональные данные
Порядок обработки персональных данных участников описан в Политике конфиденциальности.
11. Выход из Программы
- Выйти из Программы можно в любой момент, удалив аккаунт: в Приложении («Профиль → Мои данные → Удалить аккаунт») или на странице удаления аккаунта.
- Аккаунт удаляется сразу. Накопленные баллы и уровень при этом аннулируются и не восстанавливаются, в том числе при повторной регистрации.
- Участие прекращается автоматически, если участник 3 года не пользовался Программой: не открывал Приложение и не делал заказов с начислением или списанием баллов. За 30 дней до этого в Приложение приходит уведомление. Аккаунт удаляется, баллы и уровень аннулируются на тех же условиях.
12. Нарушения
При злоупотреблениях — использовании чужого аккаунта, попытках получить баллы обманным путём, нарушении этих Правил — заведение вправе приостановить участие в Программе и аннулировать баллы, начисленные с нарушением.
13. Изменение Правил
Заведение может изменять Правила. Актуальная версия всегда опубликована на этой странице с датой вступления в силу. О существенных изменениях участники уведомляются в Приложении.

Правила составлены на румынском, русском и английском языках; зарегистрироваться в Программе можно на любом из них. При расхождениях между версиями преимущество имеет версия на румынском языке.
Loyalty Program Rules
Effective date: 29 September 2026
These Rules set out the terms of the Hookah Place loyalty program (the "Program"). By registering in the Hookah Place mobile app (the "App") you accept these Rules.
1. Participation
- Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.
- To join, register in the App with your phone number and confirm it with the code sent by SMS.
- One account is created per phone number. The account is personal and may not be passed on to anyone else.
- The member is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the profile.
2. Earning points
- Members earn points — cashback — on every paid bill. The cashback rate depends on the member's tier and is a percentage of the bill.
- To earn points, show the QR code or card from the App to a staff member before paying the bill.
- Points are credited after payment. Points are not credited retroactively for a bill that is already closed.
- No cashback is earned on the part of the bill paid with points.
3. Tiers
The tier is determined by the member's total purchases over the whole time in the Program. A tier that has been reached is not lowered.

4. Using points
- 1 point = 1 leu when paying a bill.
- Points can cover up to 100% of the bill.
- To use points, tell a staff member before paying and show the QR code or card from the App.
- Points cannot be exchanged for money, paid out in cash or transferred to other members.
5. Validity of points
Earned points do not expire and are kept for as long as the member stays in the Program.
6. Birthday gift
A member who has entered a date of birth in the profile receives 300 points on their birthday.
7. Promotions
The venue may run separate promotions for members. Their terms and dates are announced in the App.
8. Restrictions
Earning and using points, as well as promotions, do not apply to goods and services for which the law prohibits discounts and sales incentives.
9. Notifications
- Notifications about earned points and tier changes are part of how the Program works.
- Notifications about promotions and news are sent only to members who turned them on in the App. You can turn them off at any time: "Profile → Notifications".
10. Personal data
How members' personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Leaving the Program
- You can leave the Program at any time by deleting your account: in the App ("Profile → My data → Delete account") or on the account deletion page.
- The account is deleted immediately. Earned points and the tier are cancelled and are not restored, including after a new registration.
- Membership ends automatically if the member has not used the Program for 3 years: has not opened the App and has not made orders that earn or use points. A notification is sent to the App 30 days before that. The account is deleted, and the points and the tier are cancelled on the same terms.
12. Violations
In case of abuse — using someone else's account, attempts to obtain points by deception, breach of these Rules — the venue may suspend participation in the Program and cancel points credited in breach of the Rules.
13. Changes to the Rules
The venue may change the Rules. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Members are notified of material changes in the App.

The Rules are available in Romanian, Russian and English; you can join the Program in any of them. If the versions differ, the Romanian version prevails.
